BIOG

Lisa Rossetti is a highly experienced and qualified leadership and Co-Active Coach. She is a member of the Association for Coaching and International Coach Federation, working to their ethical standards. She has many years experience as a qualified front line advisor offering vocational learning guidance (FLAG) to public sector employees.

Lisa has successfully coached many professionals and senior managers into higher positions of responsibility and reward. In 2007, Lisa provided coaching to the NHS Breaking Through programme for black and ethnic managers’ career advancement. She is currently coaching newly appointed leaders in the public sector and IT industry.

Lisa understands the entrepreneurial mindset, and can help anyone who is considering enterprise as a career, helping them to decide whether this is a suitable career option for them. She has successfully coached many sole owner start-up and SME businesses in North West. Lisa also coach-mentors newly qualified coaches to set up and expand their professional practice.

In her spare time, Lisa works within the Third Sector as a volunteering manager, ensuring that volunteers’ strengths and skills are matched to suitable and meaningful volunteering opportunities.
